
Easy Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pitaya
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk (or alternative)
fresh strawberries
fresh blueberries
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup walnuts
Blend all the frozen fruit with the banana & almond milk. Pour into your #LunchBowl or #LunchCube
Dice your fresh strawberries & cover the top of your blended smoothie with fresh strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut & walnuts.
Extra toppings: hemp seeds, bee pollen, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, puffed cereal, any fruit, cocoa nibs, pumpkin seeds, chopped dates
