Chicken Rice Veggie Bowl
Ingredients:
leftover chicken OR cook 2 chicken breasts with light seasoning
1 cup leftover rice
1 cup mixed arugula & kale
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup gouda cheese, diced
1/4 cup salsa
Instructions:
🥗 shred the chicken (cook if needed)
🥗 layer the ingredients together and mix in salsa
