Protein Packed Pumpkin Spice Dip
- 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed.
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add more spices if desired.
- Store dip in Wean Bowls, Lunch Bowls, or Meal Bowls.
- Serve as a dip with your favorite whole grain crackers or vegetables.
