Protein Packed Pumpkin Spice Dip


  • 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed.
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add more spices if desired.
  2. Store dip in Wean Bowls, Lunch Bowls, or Meal Bowls.
  3. Serve as a dip with your favorite whole grain crackers or vegetables.
